Musical stage set for Vasco Rossi's concert

Midlift Cranes Take Center Stage at Modena Park: Vasco Rossi’s Concert Told Through Lifting Numbers

A Record-Breaking Event: Over a Month of Work and 300+ Staff Involved

Vasco Rossi’s Modena Park concert in 2017 required monumental planning and organization.
Over 300 operational staff and 120 daily workers spent more than a month constructing a massive metal structure, as tall as an eight-story building and 130 meters wide.
For the stage assembly, Midlift telescopic mobile cranes were used, particularly our Liebherr LTM 1500 and LTM 1400 models — essential tools for handling heavy loads with complete safety and precision.

Crane Rental for Major Events: The Strength of Midlift Cranes

During the two weeks of rehearsals and on the day of the concert, Midlift telescopic cranes played a crucial role:
they supported the entire 22-ton audio system at a height of 60 meters, with a working radius of 42 meters, becoming an integral part of the stage.
This is a perfect example of how Midlift crane rental ensures reliability and safety even in the most complex contexts, such as large-scale musical events and temporary structures.

Technology and Precision: Where Power Meets Art

During the final setup stages, our team had the chance to meet Vasco Rossi.
The singer, observing our cranes standing over 60 meters tall, could not hide his amazement — a testament to the power and visual impact of these extraordinary machines.
The collaboration with the production team highlighted Midlift’s technical and organizational excellence, specialized in crane rental in Emilia Romagna and throughout Northern Italy.
